Trelawny can sell the gang out at any point, a fact that Arthur even reflects on. While the game desperately tries to brush this aside, it simply does not make logical sense that Dutch wouldn’t keep eyes on Trelawny at all times. He is the only member of the gang who does not rely on Dutch to survive but actively knows his plans and whereabo

It’s hard to pinpoint just what exactly is a plot hole. Some deem it a narrative inconsistency, others consider plot holes to be anything the story cannot realistically justify. While the latter is certainly the most true to definition explanation, does that mean that character inconsistencies and continuity errors aren’t plot holes? After all, they’re creating holes in a story where there otherwise would be none. Regardless of what your definition of a plot hole ultimately is, you have to admit that inconsistencies are bound to turn up in any story regardless of quality. Doubly so for particularly long stor

There are quite a few things that you can do in combat , or in the moments just before or after, that Red Dead Redemption 2 puts on the player to figure out. One thing to keep in mind before combat is that you can actually fire warning shots by holding down the aim button, tapping up on the d-pad, and pressing fire. This can help to defuse a situation, or to convince someone that you mean business. But it can also backfire on you, causing someone to fire some shots of the non-warning vari

There's no denying that Red Dead Redemption 2 is without a doubt the game that I am most looking forward to this year (like many others). While I've been pondering its story and gazed at what we've seen from its breathtaking open-world, one of my secret wishes is that the game will nail the smaller details that I came to admire from Red dead Redemption 2 ps4 Dead Redemption , and along with that I am hoping for the return of its signature Western minigames in the upcoming sequel.

Red Dead Redemption 2 is, perhaps, one of the most inventive and game-changing releases in modern memory. Games that completely flip the table and set a new standard for the years to follow are few and far between, and you can be excused for not knowing how exactly to do everything in-game right off the bat. Hours and hours in and I'm still learning about mechanics and cool little tricks to do, and it seems like every few minutes the game is unfolding another facet for me to le

I typically avoid most forms of card games in a lot of open world games, but the way that Red Dead integrated these classic card games felt tried and true to its Western atmosphere and added so much more to my enjoyment of the world that Rockstar built. Heck; Red Dead 's Poker game more or less ended up teaching me the basics of the game in real life, at the time that I was playing it.

For as blatantly smart as Hosea is, though, he didn’t think twice about stopping Miach from meddling with Dutch. All game, even before Chapter 4, Micah is slowly weaseling his way into Dutch’s inner circle. It’s plain as day and everyone can see, but Hosea inexplicably never chooses to address this despite Dutch’s deteriorating m

This ammo can be crafted with regular bullets and your hunting knife at your camp, and having them equipped means you're going to drain your Dead Eye ability slower, making you that much more lethal for every engagement. As simple as this ammo is to make, it's pretty easy to have plenty of it on you at any given t

Alongside the numerous missions, side quests, and random encounters that players in Red Dead Redemption could find, the map was also littered with a handful of Western minigames that could be played at your pleasure: Blackjack, Poker, Horseshoes, Liar's Dice, and Arm Wrestling. While there were specific goals tied to each of the games that would contribute to a 100% completion in the game, the minigames by themselves were largely optional and inconsequential, in the grand scheme of things. Of course, many of the minigames also carried with them some significant rewards in the form of cold hard cash; Liar's Dice in particular was a game that could be pretty financially lucrative, if you knew how to play the table right. But more than that, the minigames in Red Dead Redemption felt deeper than just fun distractions from the main story of John Marston.

If Arthur is the muscle and Dutch is the mouthpiece, then Hosea is the mind of Dutch’s gang. He’s the one who investigates each town, meets the locals, and crafts schemes to keep the gang afloat. In many ways, he’s a common swindler, using his intellect to help the people around him get ah

Arthur Morgan's hair actually grows throughout the game. If you're not careful and do not get it taken care of, your hair can grow to extreme lengths. Arthur can look like quite the wild man. If your hair gets to be too long, you can take Arthur to a barber and get it trim

Bonnie MacFarland is the woman who saves John Marston's life at the beginning of the first game. Once you get close you'll learn she's had many suitors, but nothing ever turns out well for her. If you go southeast of the first N in New Hanover, and follow the river, right about there you will see a man, presumably eliminated, next to a boat. If you try to loot him, he'll gasp for air before eventually going in peace for real. In his clutched fist is a love letter for Bon
